Every item from our shop is sent by the international registered mail once a week. When it happens that your parcel was lost in the mail you get the complete refund of it. You have the choice between slow economy mail (14+ working days delivery time for Europe and 42+ working days overseas) and fast priority mail (3+ working days delivery time for Europe and 10+ working days overseas). Postage for vinyl 7" single, CD-single, picture postcard disc, DVD, video and audio cassette are the same as for 1-2 CDs, and for vinyl 12" single - as for the vinyl album (LP). Postage for books and papers depends on their weight. We also offer full refund for all goods that are faulty, damaged or have other physical errors. Please be sure to return them by a registered mail.
